Czech supermodel Karolína Isela Kurková will play ‘Cover Girl’ in the upcoming Paramount Pictures’ “G.I. Joe” movie.
The soon to be 24-year-old model previously appeared in a film called “My Sexiest Year” (which we surprisingly haven’t seen.) We are pretty sure that Kurkova’s acting chops are probably three or four stops short of Jessica Alba. But that’s not what they are paying her for….
She is however, better known for her excellent work in the Victoria’s Secret Angels ad campaign
The “G.I. Joe” character ‘Cover Girl’ is a former fashion model who grew tired of the modeling lifestyle and joined the Army to prove herself more than just a pretty face as a tank jockey.

Brittany Murphy stars opposite Mike Vogel (”Cloverfield“) in a film that starts shooting this week entitled “Across the Hall” and is also being considered for a role in the dark comedy “Poor Things.” Lindsay Lohan was originally cast in “Poor Things” but has now dropped out.
“Across the Hall” is a love-triangle movie that will be produced by Insomnia Media and directed by Alex Merkin (his last name means ‘vagina’ in English slang in case you didn’t know) and the screenplay was written by Jesse Mittelstadt and Julien Schwab. “Hall” is based on Merkin’s award-winning 2005 short film that starred Adrian Grenier (”Entourage“).
