Heather Locklear arrested for DUI
47-year-old actress Heather Locklear has been released from jail after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication in Montecito, California this weekend.
The California Highway Patrol pulled the actress over after receiving a tip that she had been spotted “driving erratically” on Saturday afternoon and then spotting her car parked on a highway.
Locklear, who had starred on “Dynasty” and “Melrose Place” checked herself into an Arizona rehab center in June, seeking treatment for anxiety and depression.
