Virgin suing Jared Leto for failing to deliver.

Jared Leto and his bandmate brother Shannon Leto are being sued collectively as the rock band ‘30 Seconds to Mars‘ by record label Virgin Records America for failing to come through on a five-album deal with Immortal Records, which was signed nine years ago.
After releasing a self-titled debut album in 2002 and a follow-up in 2005 entitled “A Beautiful Lie” the band has failed to deliver three additional albums.
Virgin’s parent company Capitol Music Group claims that the band opted out of their 1999 contract in July by not performing and are asking for $30 million from the band as a result.
