Julianne Hough should stick to dancing…

Every red-blooded American has a huge hard-on for Mormon dancing teen-queen Julianne Hough of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” but her transformation into country music artist is pretty dissapointing.
I’ve just checked out her new music video for single “That Song in my Head” over here
Sure, Hough looks incredible in the Trey Fanjoy directed video, but the song is mediocre at best. Her dancing brother Derek Hough appears in the beach party scene and Julianne’s love-interest in the video is played by a hack actor from “Meet the Spartans” named Travis van Winkle (is that a real name or are you kidding me?)
Well here’s hoping that Julianne sticks to what she knows best, slinky outfits, choreograhy and dancing.

This may come as some surprise (esp from me), but I don’t actually mind Julianne’s little country number. For nu-country it’s decent and the girl can sing at least as good as if not better than most of nu-Nashville’s bleach blonde tween-skanks.
And I like her LDS squeaky clean, little-sister image. The celebutardosphere has enough VD-ridden crack whores. But unlike a lot of the innocence-soon-to-be-lost types, Julianne doesn’t come off as uptight either. She could hang with Corolla just fine.
Which is why I think the Houghs are the new Donnie and Marie. They’re talented, likeable, can dance their little Aryan asses off… hell she’s a little bit country, he’s a little rock n’ roll. That’s the whole package right there. Come on ABC, you gonna let Ben Silverman remake all the old shows from the 70’s and 80’s by himself?

The fatal flaw in your logic is your assumption that there are heterosexual red-blooded American males who actually watch Dancing with the Stars.
