A Morricone Gangster…
Holland’s Powernap & Zaplin have put together a very interesting project entitled ‘A Morricone Gangster’. It’s a download-able album that contains remixes of Jay Z’s ‘An American Gangster’ album with beats made up of Italian composer Ennio Morricone samples (composer of the soundtrack for ‘Once Upon a Time in The West’ and over 500 other film scores).
