2. The Oscar-winning director of “The English Patient,” “The Talented Mr. Ripley” and “Cold Mountain” has died. Anthony Minghella suffered a brain hemorrage at the age of 54. So talented. So sad. RIP.

3. Will Smith denies being a Scientologist and says, “You don’t have to be Jewish to be a friend of Steven Spielberg. You don’t have to be a Muslim to be a friend of Muhammad Ali. And you don’t have to be a Scientologist to be a friend of Tom Cruise.” Wow, way to play the name game, Smith.

6. Punky Brewster (aka Soleil Moon Frye) had a kid w/ her husband. The baby girl’s name is Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg. What do we really expect from a chick named Soleil Moon?? She definitely wasn’t going to name her kid a name like “Sarah Ann.”

8. There’ve been reports that Kristin Davis has had a s*x tape going around. Her rep denies it and says “it’s not her.” Of course she’s going to deny it. Take a look at part of the photo…doesn’t it look like Kristin!?!?!! When the hell is a rep ever going to step up and say “Yes…this indeed is a s*x tape of my client showcasing her talents. Didn’t she do a good job!?!?!”

I hear the movie “Under the Same Moon” is a must-see. It’s about a boy who crosses the Mexican border to be w/ his mother. It’s all in Spanish w/ English subtitles. Stars Kate Del Castillo (who I love) and also America Ferrera. It’s a FOX Searchlight movie (they always do good flicks.)
