Leo on-board for Cocaine Cowboys
Mark Wahlberg has a lot of Hollywood clout apparently. According to PageSix he’s signed on Leonardo DiCaprio to play a supporting role as a drug-traffiking pilot in the upcoming “Cocaine Cowboys” which is a remake of the 2006 documentary chronicling the life of Jon Roberts, the largest cocaine trafficker in Miami in the 1970s and 1980s. Incidentally, the documentary’s director Billy Corben is currently working on a sequel entitled “Cocaine Cowboys II: Hustlin’ with the Godmother” due out later this year.
36-year-old Wahlberg and 33-year-old DiCaprio have appeared together in two other films: “The Departed” and “The Basketball Diaries“
