If Fans can save Jericho, why not a good show like ‘Friday Night Lights’
“Jericho” anybody ever hear of this show that was cancelled and now is back?
I am so dissapointed to read that CBS show “Jericho” which was cancelled is back on the air. Not because I’ve ever seen the show or give a shit about it, but rather because the only news I want to hear right now is that “Friday Night Lights” will be on NBC next season.
The struggling show is on the chopping block according to those who have spoken to NBC head honcho Ben Silverman.
I’ve tried my own letter writing campaign to save “Friday Night Lights” but I need you people to get behind this show. I am nothing without you. OK, fine I am a whole lot of awesome - even without you- but nevertheless, this show is worth saving!
Let’s learn a lesson from “Jericho” - apparently Nina Tassler, who heads CBS reacted to a huge fan revolt and wanted to make the fans “happy.” Something about 40,000 pounds of peanuts (must have something to do with the show) were sent into Tassler’s office to save the show and this worked…
What can we send in to save “Friday Night Lights” - perhaps jock straps? Or something discintively Texan - like a oil well or something of that nature…..
