British Academy Awards (BAFTA) tonight in London….
The BAFTA Awards air tonight in the UK at 9PM (GMT) - they’re hosted by British comic Jonathan Ross and the ceremony is held at London’s Royal Opera House.
Keira Knightley is a favorite as is her film ”Atonement” which leads the pack with 14 nominations. If “No Country for Old Men” picks up an award tonight though for Best Film it could mean we can already call Best Picture for the Oscars a few weeks early (after also winning SAG, DGA, and Producer’s Guild honors.)
I just checked my TV listsings for BBC America and it looks as though the taped awards ceremony will be broadcast in the USA Sunday, February 10th at 8PM. To play along at home while you’re watching you can use this link.
