Vanity Fair - Hollywood Issue
The big news this past week is that Vanity Fair magazine has cancelled their annual Oscar party. It’s the hardest party to get into (trust me I’ve been in before and tried and failed once too….)The party was shut down according to Vanity Fair’s editor Graydon Carter was partially because of the Writer’s Strike and also because of a plethora of other reasons including George Clooney’s trip to Africa.
One thing that does remain this year is the annual Hollywood Issue from Vanity Fair which pays tribute this year to director Alfred Hitchcock’s films and features photography from Annie Leibovitz.
This year’s cover spots are filled by actresses Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, Jessica Biel, Anne Hathaway, plus an additional pull-out piece with Alice Braga, Ellen Page, Zoë Saldana, Elizabeth Banks, Ginnifer Goodwin and America Ferrera.
