Britney Spears declared incompetent…
The holy gospel US Weekly reports that Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears (isn’t weird that Jamie & Lynn Spears had a daughter they called Jamie Lynn? I think that’s such a stupid ‘podunk’ thing to do…) has won temporary legal custody over her his daughter after a judge ruled that she was retarded ‘incompetent’ after a brief hearing on Friday. Along with his attorney Andre Wallette, Mr. Spears also won full control over Britney’s medical treatment.
With this power, Jamie Spears can now restrict any visitors to Britney Spears at the UCLA Medical Center’s Psych ward where she is being treated. This means Osama “Sam” Lutfi is finally going to be getting the kibosh. In addition Mr. Spears is also in charge of her security and the 24-hour caretakers for her as well as having the power to cut off all of Brit Brit’s credit cards and submit restraining orders against third parties on her behalf.
What’s more Mrs. Spears can now legally control Brit Brit’s home. He can sell it and evict anyone staying there as well as keep Brit Brit within the state of California.
With these new found powers Batman Mr. Spears has requested and was granted a 21-day civil harassment restraining order against Brit Brit’s drug-dealer manager Osama Sam Lutfi.
At the Friday hearing both parents requested a “conservatorship” which allows Mr. and Mrs. Spears the ability to make medical decisions on behalf of their daughter.
In response to the court’s actions, Osama Sam Lutfi spoke to US Weekly right after this occured commenting:
“Oh boy, her family is crazy!…. It’s just so sad.”
OK! Magazine and TMZ’s spies within the confines of UCLA Medical Center are reporting that Brit Brit was heard screaming at the ‘top of her lungs’ in defiance against her parents. Saying:
“I’m so sick of all this! They can have the goddamn house and stick it up their fucking asses! Actually, no they can’t.”
Apparently heavily medicated Brit Brit - very incomprehensibly said “Nobody’s taking my house. Who is my family?” Then she started to declare that she would go to court to fight against her parents.
Brit Brit’s lawyers - Trope and Trope - delivered to her the news of the court’s ruling and the court declared her lawyers the only party to which Brit Brit did not need her father’s permission to communicate with.
Britney’s lazy ex-husband Kevin Federline is reportedly very happy that Brit Brit’s dad is the choice of the court noting that her mother has a hard time telling Brit Brit “no” (as was the case on October 30th when Lynne Spears requested to be Brit Brit’s monitor and that didn’t work out obviously…)
