7. The Solid Quarter (referring to the 25% of Americans who still approve of President Bush)
8. The Asshole who shot up Virginia Tech
9. Congressional Democrats (for being pussies)
10. former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales
11. Michael Mukasey (current Attorney General)
12. President George W. Bush
13. Rudy Giuliani

To list Michael Vick as #1 for cruelty and killing of dogs, ahead of #12 Bush’s killing of over 1 million Iraqis plus 35,000 dead and injured American soldiers, shows that Maher has more appreciation for the life of a dog than the lives of humans, particularly Americans.
It goes to show how stupid, and maybe racist, many of these airhead pudits are. To find another’dickhead’, Maher should look in his mirror.
