Remake Fever: Michael Bay to ass-rape Friday 13th next
Of course it was inevitable given the recent semi-success of Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN redux. But it’s official, Michael Bay, TRANSFORMER of decent 80’s horror movies into pieces of shit, shall be producing a remake of the slasher classic Friday the 13th through his Platinum Dunes shingle. Friday the 13th will be penned by Damion Shannon and Mark Swift, who wrote the upcoming SPYHUNTER but are perhaps best known for their 2003 addition to the Voorhees canon, Freddy vs. Jason.
Seriously, someone needs to do something about Michael Bay. I don’t care that Transformers was semi-watchable, the guy’s 8 ounces of Massengill feminine wash and capped teeth. He embodies every thing douchey about directors, who are uncontestably the douchebaggiest douchebags in all of Hollywood. Ever wonder why the DGA building on Sunset smells like vinegar? Well you shouldn’t. Michael Bay. Fuck that guy.
